This policy explains what information Cutout Agency collects when you use this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you book a call. Our booking tool collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company and any notes you add. We use these only to arrange and hold the call and to follow up with you about it.

When you browse the site. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors. It records aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring sites and approximate country.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Calendly (scheduling) and our email provider. Each processes information on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and correspondence details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any working relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, reply to any email you have received from us, or book a call and mention it in the notes.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
